Judy Frances Goolsby Fowler, passed peacefully in her home on November 29, 2022. A celebration of her life will be held Friday, December 2, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00P.M. at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan.

Judy was born on April 17, 1946, to Alton C. Goolsby and Lena Anderson Goolsby in Lake Creek. Her family later moved to Mesquite, and she attended Mesquite High School. Judy married Charles R. Fowler in 1963 and he preceded her in death in 1990.

Judy was a very loving, giving daughter, sister, mother, nanny, great-grandmother and friend. Judy worked for Wal-Mart and retired after thirty years of great service, was also a respected member of the Hawk Cove City office. Judy loved scrapbooking, bowling and being the best person, she could be. Her door was always open with warm loving arms. Her love will live on with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Judy is survived by her loving sister Leetta Goolsby, daughters Kimberly Beale, Tammy Stanphill and husband Dustin, grandchildren Justin Davis, Callie Stanphill, Austin Stanphill, Carlie Williams, Nanny to Jeremiah Davis, Justin Davis Jr., Phoebe Matthews, Jaxon Davis, Autumn Davis, Axl Mahoney, Ruby Williams, Rylee Williams, Derrick Brown, Jackson Bennett and many extended family and friends.

Judy is preceded in death by her loving parents Alton and Lena Goolsby, husband Charles, four sisters and 2 brothers.
