Mary Sue Barks, 61, Died Aug.2,2003 at St. Francis Medical center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was born May 12,1942 in Poplar Bluff, Mo. Daughter of the late Lee & Edna (Burch) Golden. She was united in marriage to Marvin Barks Oct.8,1960 And he survives, residing in Silva, Mrs Barks was a 1960 Graduate of Greenville High School. She was a homemaker and of the General Baptist Faith. in addition to her husband, she is survived by one son,Ronnie (Robin) Barks,Silva, one Daughter, Rhonda (Duane) Eads,Clubb;One half-Brother, V.C. (Bud) Goodman,St.Louis;one half-Sister,Dorma Spencer,St. Louis; Four grandchildren, Leeanna and Dawson Eads, Jacob and Caleb Barks. She was preceded in death by one haft-sister, Alma Mae Casey. The Funeral was held Aug.5 at Ruegg Funeral Home, Greenville, With Rev. Willis Guess and Rev. Kenny Burchard officiating. Music was provided by Glendell Twidwell and Daphne Hershey. Pallbearers where Ray Stith, Jr. Chester Shrum, Forrest Monty Twidwell, Mike Green, Paul Ray Costephens, Jr. and Larry Hill. Honorary pallbearers where C.L. Mclane, Truman Barks, Marty Yount, Carl Rickman, Frank Warmack, Jessie Birmingham, Paul Bridges and Darryl Smith.Burial was in New Prospect Cemetery, Silva, Mo.
