Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Hass Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Guffey, pastor of Harvest Baptist Church in Clayton, officiating. Burial will be in Clayton Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Rouswell was born Nov. 29, 1920, to Ike Rouswell and Lola Bell Dane Rouswell in Boise City, Okla. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II and was an ex-POW and a Purple Heart recipient.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Rouswell of Trinidad, Colo.; two daughters, Peggy Mizer of Trinidad and Mildred Drumm of Amarillo, Texas; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
