Effie Cova Giles Graham, 80, passed away Friday, February 15, 2008, at her home in Radford. She was a member of the Radford Worship Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Weber G. Graham. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Deborah Williams, of Douglas, Ga., Donald Williams, of Roanoke, and Carl Williams, of Radford; two daughters and son-in-law, Diane Surber, of Christiansburg, and Tina and Chris Blackburn, of Radford; special daughter-in-law, Janey Williams, of Roanoke; brother and sister-in-law, Harry and Shirley Giles, of Parrott; two sisters and brother-in-law, Gerlean and Donald Bruce, of Fairlawn, and Josephine Bruce, of Radford; 12 grandchildren Tammy Weirich, Ronnie, Brandy, Lori, Julie, Jaimee, Daniel and Cody Williams, Cyndi and Vicki Lytton, and Cole and Ben Blackburn; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 18, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the Radford Worship Center with Dr. Hal Adams officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum, in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Radford Worship Center. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to either the Good Samaritan Hospice or the Radford Worship Center Outreach Ministries. The Graham family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory, in Radford.
