Harvey Earl Harding, Sr., 66, of Sheandoah Junction, died at the Veterans Administration Hopital, Martinsburg, WV.

Mr. Harding, born in Bakerton, WV; was the son of the late Grover Spencer Cleveland and Etta May Jones Harding, In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Ethel Loretta Rutherford Harding and three infant children and a sister Edra Enda Harding Welty. He was of the christian faith and was a retired painter.

He is survived by two daughters Kathy Sue Larue of Ranson, WV., and Etta Mae Wilt of Kearneysville WV.; four sons Robert Lee Harding of Shenandoah Junction WV; Harvey Earl Harding,Jr, Millville WV; Ronald Eugene Harding of Bakerton WV; and Michael Eugene Harding of the home, three sisters, Elsie Higgs of Halltown, WV; Arelda Gift of Bakerton WV; and Hilda Longerbeam of Bolivar WV; two brothers; Harold Harding of Bakerton, WV; and Lester W. Harding of Harpers Ferry, WV; 16 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home in Ranson, WV.

Burial with Military Honors was made in Samples Manor Cemetery, Washington County, Maryland.
