EPHRATA - John M. Bomgardner, 79, of 2002 W. Main St. died Friday in Ephrata Community Hospital. He was retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp. and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Lebanon; Mount Lebanon F&AM Lodge 226; and Harrisburg Consistory. Surviving are his wife, June E. Bomgardner; a son, J. Neal of Colebrook; three brothers, Wayne of Lebanon, Quentin of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Floyd of Cornwall; three sisters, Vesta Kern and Nancy Uhrich, both of Elizabethtown, and Earlene Brandt of Annville; three grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and several nephews and nieces. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Christman Funeral Home, Lebanon, is handling arrangements.
