Adair was born June 22, 1908, in Sapulpa, and was a resident here all of her life. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a retired nurse having worked at Curry Hospital and Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
Survivors include three daughters; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great- great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husbands Jewell Ripley and Lyman Adair, and daughters Juletta Whitehouse and Gladys Mae Ripley.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. Dan Caldwell officiating.
Burial is to follow in Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
