"Thompson Harding Monument
This monument is unusual because it was erected jointly by two families. On one side is the life-size statue of a distinguished N. Elbridge Thompson; on the other, a young girl in a romantic pose in a Gibson-girl dress--Lillie May Harding, who died at age 26. Her parents, Mr & Mrs. William H. Harding, are also buried on this side. Mr. and Mrs. William H. Harding and their daugher are buried on the south side of the monument. "
