Quinton Wilbur Jackson, age 89, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, in Springfield, Missouri. He was born July 10, 1933, to the late Percy Jackson and Clara (Lansaw) Jackson. Quinton served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. After the Navy, he worked in construction and as a farmer growing crops and raising cattle. Quinton loved growing and selling his pumpkins. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his sister, Ruth Enos of Galt, California, brother-in-law, Jerry Smith of Stark City, Missouri; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Richard George Jackson, and his sisters, Louise Silar, Mary Jackson, Wilma Jackson, and Wanda Smith. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Oakwood Cemetery in Neosho, Missouri. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022, from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, Missouri.
