Bo was born on September 20, 1945 in Johnston County to the late Emmett and Elva Godwin Edwards. He served on the EMS for fourteen years. Bo's greatest passion was his love for horses. On a beautiful day Bo could be found out in the pastures training and spending time with Percheron Horses.
Bo Edwards will be carried by the Percheron Horses he loved to a service celebrating his life by the graveside on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Moore's Chapel Church Cemetery, 12386, NC HWY 42 E, Kenly, NC, 27542.
Bo is survived by his loving wife Diane Berger Edwards; son Kenneth Wayne Edwards and wife Johnette of Selma; brother, Thelbert Edwards and wife Jean of Middlesex; sisters, Rochelle Wall of Middlesex, Janie Gordon and husband Bill of Chocwinity, Patsy Johnson and husband Larry of Middlesex, Georgia Woodcock of Pine Level, and Bonnie Jo Wall of Middlesex; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
