R.F. was the son of Roscius Finch Atttwood and Jane Elizabeth Clarke who moved with their family to Bradley County, Arkansas in 1865. R F Jr was living with them in the 1870 census, age 18.
In 1880 on June 13, R F registered his purchase of 40 acres, "for the south east quarter go the north-east quarter of section eleven in township thirteen south of range sixteen west in the district of land formerly subject to sake at Champagnolle now Camden Arkansas"
And in 1882 on 1 June 39 acres and ninety one hundredths of an acre, "for the south west quarter of the south west quarter of section thirty one in township of range ten west of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Arkansas

His death certificate (name spelled Rascious) says he was 58 years 11 months and 4 days old when he died....it also says he was born 7 July 1885! Unfortunately there is no burial information given.

RF was my 2nd great uncle.
