Isaiah Bell, 97, formerly of Daretown and more recently at Woodcrest Nursing Home in Woodstown, died Wednesday at Pinecrest Nursing Home in Pitman, after a long illness. A retired farmer, he was a lifelong resident of Salem County. He was a charter member of the Daretown Fire Company. His wife, Viva, died in 1972.
Surviving are a son, Elmer, of Clayton; a daughter, Mrs. Olive Keyes, R.D. 5, Bridgeton, and three grandsons.
