In loving memory of Sharon Ann Fortino née Ewing, 79, of Manteca, CA, passed away on December 1, 2022, surrounded by her family. Sharon was born to James Patrick Ewing (1917-1982) and Marie Christopher (1920-2017) on March 1, 1943 in Buffalo, New York. She was the first born child of six children.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Marie and James Ewing, her brother Jim Ewing (1949-2018), and her sister, Rose Marie Karban née Ewing (1953-2022) and grandparents.
Survivors are her three children, Joey Fortino of Oregon, Sherri (Fortino) Leasure (Ken) of Manteca, CA and Christy Fortino of San Diego, CA, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Sisters, Patti Bareno of Oregon and Honor Garcia of Carlsbad, her brother, Bob Ewing of New Mexico, sister-in-law Gini of San Diego. Loved by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sharon will be cremated and laid to rest close to her mom, Marie, and close relatives at the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery in Santa Clara, California.
