Kathleen Hensley Holliday, age 68, of Evans, entered into rest on Thursday, October 20, 2016. Kathleen graduated from Richmond Academy in 1966 and then attended Augusta College where she met the love of her life, who later became her husband, Lonnie Holliday. She received her Master's degree in Psychology. She loved and worked in genealogy, was a gifted writer and a member of the Richmond Writers Club in high school. Kathleen was wise beyond her years. She had a natural ability to be a great listener and was always there to lend a helping hand. She never complained and took care of everyone. She was an amazing Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Daughter and Friend. She had many friends and talked often with her best friend from high school Diana Guinn Muller. She was also an amazing animal lover. She loved her pets. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Holliday. Kathleen is survived by her son, Christopher Paul (Angela) Holliday; Athens, GA.; brother, Russell (Joyce) Hensley, North Augusta, SC.; cousin, Susan Jordan, Augusta, GA.; and grandson, Levi Holliday, Athens, GA.
