Todd was born in Platteville, WI July 6, 1957 to Lee and Fredonia (Whitted) Baker. He graduated from Platteville High School in 1975. After graduation, he continued to farm on the home dairy farm for many years. Later in life, he dabbled as a handyman with many skills. Todd had a talent for music and loved playing his drums and singing. In leisure time, he enjoyed fishing and his life in the country.
Todd is survived by his father, Lee J. Baker and stepmother Marilyn (Burbach) Baker; four sisters, Terri (Steve) Eigen, Tana Allan, Toni Parish, Tricia (Paul) Zeigle; one brother, Ted Baker; several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, brother Tim, brother Tom, and paternal and maternal grandparents.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date to honor Todd's life. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Platteville.
