Janeane Phyllis Hays, age 85 of Williamsburg, Ohio died Sunday, November 20, 2022 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center near Ripley, Ohio. Janeane was born February 17, 1937 in Kentucky the daughter of the late Olen Nelson and Gladys (Miller) Jamison. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband – Marvin Hays in 2021 and one son-in-law – Steve Hunt.

Mrs. Hays is survived by two daughters – Terry (Ross) Campbell and Connie Hunt all of Williamsburg, Ohio; four grandchildren – Jami (Brian) McFarland of New Richmond, Ohio, Kari Barber of Amelia, Ohio, Cristin (Travis) Barber of Fayetteville, Ohio and Justin (Jessica) Stone of Amelia, Ohio; seven great grandchildren and one sister – Rita McQuitty of Winchester, Ohio

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Ted House will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Friday, November 25, 2022 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
