Bobby Jack Pace, Sr., 83, of Charlotte, died May 24, 2015, at his home. He was born on March 30, 1932 in Mecklenburg County to the late Lonnie and Odessa Pace. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Jack retired from Duke Energy. Jack was a faithful member of the M-T Covenant Class. In his retirement years, he loved dancing. His sense of humor and patience will be greatly missed. Survivors include his wife Peggy Nixon Pace; sons, Bobby Jack Pace, II and wife Donna of Matthews and Timothy Scott Pace and wife Teresa of Mint Hill; sister, Beatrice Biggers; brothers, Jimmy and Melvin Pace and granddaughter, Jessica.
