MRS. LUCY SIMMONS
Mrs. Lucy Simmons of 2638 W. 26th ave., a native of Colorado, died yesterday in St. Luke's Hospital following two weeks' illness. She was 46.
Mrs. Simmons was born in Pueblo, where she spent the early part of her life. She married Claude Simmons there in 1917, and came to Denver in 1936. She belonged to the Baptist Church.
Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Claude Jr.; her mother, Mrs. Lucy Detmer of Denver, a sister, Mrs. Mabel Sandifer of Los Angeles; and a brother, Godfrey Mihoover of Denver.
