Janet (Mancini) Thomas, 56, of Attleboro, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence, RI. She was the wife of the late Sean Thomas.

Born on May 21, 1966 in Boston, she is the daughter of Edith (Egizio) Mancini and the late Alfred Mancini. Janet grew up in North Attleboro and was a varsity cheerleader and graduate of North Attleboro High School Class of 1984. She continued her education receiving an Associate's Degree from Fisher College.

Janet raised her family in Attleboro and most recently resided in Pawtucket, RI. She worked in medical billing and retired due to illness. Janet was also the former owner of Tanorama in North Attleboro in her 20's.

She enjoyed spending time at the beach, dancing, sipping on a cup of coffee and time with her dogs, "Tonka" and Ralphie". Time spent with family, friends, shopping, watching movies, laughing and being the life of the party were Janet's favorite past times.

In addition to her mom, Janet is survived by her children, Andrew Thomas of Pawtucket, RI, Samantha Bennett of Attleboro, Amber Thomas of Pocasset and Jessica Thomas of New Knoxville, Ohio; her sister, Jeanne Mancini of Cranston, RI; her grandchildren, Ashton Thomas and Ryleigh Bennett both of Attleboro and Jocelyn Wolf of New Knoxville, Ohio; also, her several nieces, nephews, many close friends and extended family. She was the sister of the late Steven Mancini, Robert Mancini and Michael Mancini.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation from 4 – 7 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022 at the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. Burial will take place privately at a later date.
