Bartley is survived by 2 daughters: Shirley Lindsey of Maumelle, Arkansas, and Loveta Cooper of Bryant, Arkansas; 2 sons: Howard Graves and wife, and Travis Graves and wife both of Hot Springs, Arkansas; 1 sister: Martha Ballard of Hot Springs, Arkansas; 1 brother: Herman Graves of Hot Spring, Arkansas; 11 grandchildren; 3 step-granchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at the House of Restoration Church in Jessieville, Arkansas at 1:00pm on Wednesday, February 13, 2008. Pastor Willard Spers officiated the service. Pallbearers were: Greg Lindsey, Glen Cooper, Colt Graves; Sam Graves, Zachary Davis, Hayden martin, and Jonathon Lindsey. Honorary pallbearers were: Dr. martin Koehn, Arkansas Hospice Staff, and Fountain Lake Nursing Home Staff.
