Virginia Ruth Crowder Barger, age 90, of Rossville, GA, formerly of Lavonia, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022 at the Oaks of Braselton.
She was born March 27, 1932, in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Raleigh and Essie Mae Williams Crowder. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church of Buford, GA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Barger, and her sister, Coulene Crowder Clark.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Phillip Rogers; grandchildren, Ethan and Sara Rogers, Morgan and Preston Esco, Samuel and Caroline Rogers, and greatgrandchildren, Emma Rogers, Mason Esco, and Anderson Rogers.
Mrs. Barger was cremated in accordance with her request. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 27, 2022 at Franklin Memorial Gardens North.
