George F. Culver, 59



George F. Culver, 59, of Mills River passed away Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007, at Mission Hospitals.

He was born in Transylvania County, the son of Mildred Culver of Hendersonville and the late John Culver.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife of seven years, Pat Culver; three sons, Brian Keith Culver, John Kelly Culver and his wife, Joanna, and George Kevin Culver, all of Hendersonville; three step-sons, Tony Capps, Donnie Capps and his wife, Rhonda, and Jimmy Capps and his wife, Shannon, all of Zirconia; two sisters, Ann McCall and her husband, Carroll, of Brevard and Sherrie Cauble of Hendersonville; eight granddaughters; two grandsons; one step-grandaughter; three step-grandsons; three great-grandsons; two nieces, Karen McConnell and Kathy Bullock; and a special great-nephew, Frankie Bullock.

Including his family and friends, he delighted in his two K-9 "treasures" Pepper and Cricket and the joy of truck driving.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel at Forest Lawn Mortuary. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the chapel and at other times at the home of his sister in Lake Moor.

Forest Lawn Mortuary is assisting the family with the arrangements.
