He was an automotive department manager at Wal-Mart, Mechanicsburg; a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Dunkirk, N.Y., and Little Buffalo Archers; and enjoyed hunting, fishing and golf.
Surviving are his parents, Ernest W. and Barbara L. Carl Neff; a brother, Charles E. Neff of Duncannon; two sisters, Michelle L. Wilson of Bristol, Va., and Cindy L. Meck of Harrisburg; his maternal grandmother, Gladys McCracken of Landisburg; and four nieces and two nephews.
Services were held Jan. 5 in Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. Michael A. Witmer officiating. Burial was in Mt. Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Landisburg RR 1.
