Colleen (Hardy) Houck, age 90, passed away on November 10, 2022, in Farmerville, Louisiana, after a long illness. She was born on May 9, 1932, to the late Price and Christine Hardy on a farm near Southwest City, Missouri. She graduated from Southwest City High School in 1950 and married James T. Houck in 1952. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Glenda Earp. She is survived by her sons Stephen Houck (Elaine) of Downsville, Louisiana and Larry Houck of Beggs, Oklahoma; three sisters, Wilma Woods of Fort Worth, Texas, Donna Hardy of Southwest City, Missouri, and Polly Schlosser of Plano, Texas. Also surviving are two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A private burial service will be held at the Southwest City Cemetery in Southwest City, Missouri.
