JAKE AMOS, 76,
DIES AT HOME
Jake Amos, 76, died at his home south of Frazer Saturday night after a long illness.
A native of Starfield, he lived in the Frazer community all his life and was a retired farmer, For several years, he drove a bus for the Gower school district.
Mr. Amos was a veteran of World War I and a deacon in the Frazer Baptist Church.
Survivors include, the wife. Mrs. Bessie Amos; a son, Delbert Gene Amos, Agency; a daughter, Mrs. Juanita Routh, St. Joseph; a brother, Claude Amos, Gower; two sisters, Mrs. Beulah Ottinger and Mrs. Ollie Anderson, both of Gower; six grandchildren.
The body is at the Hixson mortuary, Gower.
