Terry Moss, "Uncle Terry", age 60, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021, in Cleveland, TN.
He grew up in Etowah, TN and attended Central High School. He was a member of Harwell Chapel Methodist Church in Etowah, TN. He worked at Steel City in Athens, TN and Brown Stoves in Cleveland, TN.
Terry was a gentle soul with an infectious smile and laugh. Terry loved cooking, singing, dancing, decorating and telling jokes. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. There was nothing he would not do if asked! Terry's favorite sayings were "Hey Doll" and "You know I love you." If you received a text from Terry, it would be in ALL CAPS! Another way he expressed his DEEP love for everyone.
Preceded in death by his parents, David and Alma Lee Moss of Etowah, TN; brother, Glen Moss; sister Alma Genell "Cookie" Williams of Cleveland, TN; nephew, Octavius Blair of Elijah, GA; uncle, Bill (Elizabeth) Moss of Etowah, TN; aunt Mattie (William) King of Niota, TN; brother-in-law, E.J. Elrod; step-mother Doris Moss of Cleveland, TN; step-brothers, Darren, Dwight, Robert and Richard Morrison, all of Cleveland, TN.
