Mrs. Addie Posey, age 94, of Stockbridge, passed away March 6, 2003. Survivors are daughter, Jane and Wayne Haynes of Stockbridge; two granddaughters, Cynthia and Scott Revo of Conyers and Beth and Greg Carter of Covington; two great-grandsons, Daniel and Adam Revo of Conyers; two great-granddaughters, Rachel and Emma Carter of Covington; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Posey was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Mrs. Posey will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2003 at 2:30 p.m. from Horis A. Ward Fairview Chapel, with interment to follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Al Hagen officiating.
