Carolyn Cook Leonard, age 82, peacefully passed away at Kobacker House Columbus, OH on May 18, 2018.

Preceded in death by parents, Dr. Robert and Mildred Holmes Cook; brother, Ronald Cook; and daughter, Rebecca Lynn Leonard.

Survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert Leonard; children, Jeff Leonard and Sharon (Leonard) Adams; grandchildren, Jennifer Leonard, Damian Leonard, Lisa Leonard (Ryan) Sisco, Julie Leonard, Brooke Adams and Nicole Adams; many great-grandchildren; brother, Raymond George Cook; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Carolyn taught first grade at Western Elementary for 27 years, but more importantly, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved to travel, cook and bake, quilt, and gather friends and family for a fun game of cards.

A celebration of her life for friends and family is planned for June in Powell, Ohio.
