KOZAK rites Wednesday
PHILLIP KOZAK, 73, died Sunday at his home near here.
Born May 1, 1899 in Hungary, Kozak was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church and came to the United States in 1908. He was a retired farmer.
The Rosary was held 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and the service was held 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Survivors include three sons, FRANK of Wagoner, PHILLIP and CLEMENS both of Tulsa; four daughters, MARTHA Hofschulte of Muskogee, HELEN Stansial (Stansill) of Vinita, FRANCES Bailou of Lynn, Massachusetts, and THERESA Allred of Wagoner; three sisters, FRANCES Zynda and ANNA Skrapkey both of Oklahoma City and HENEN (Helen) Roski of Los Angeles, Calif., two brothers TOM Syner and ANDREW Syner, both of Oklahoma City. 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
