BETTY JANE FULLER, 88, of Caro, died Friday, November 4, 2022 in Tuscola County Medical Care Community where she has been a resident for seven years. She was born October 4, 1934 in Bay City to Earl and Delia (Mielens) Grigg. She married Darrell Fuller on May 5, 1968 in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Cass City. They enjoyed fifty-three years of marriage until his death in August 2021.

Betty grew up near Munger and graduated from Bay City Central High School. She followed her passion for business administration and working with people, as an account manager for Detroit Edison in Caro, retiring in 1977. Although officially retired, Betty became a highly active volunteer for the American Cancer Society where she spent countless hours helping support cancer patients. She had an extraordinary selfless dedication to family and those in need and a vision to help, inspire, and support their independence to enrich and lengthen their lives. She artfully influenced people to have a positive outlook and hope for the future even in the toughest of times. Her generosity and love was universally appreciated by her friends and family.

Betty was an avid bowler and was inducted into the Frankenmuth-Vassar Bowling hall of fame in 2009. She was also an active member of the Caro Garden Club, the Gleaners and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She loved to spend time with friends and family and had a distinctive laugh that was guaranteed to brighten your day.
