Loving son and father, PHILIP AUSTIN STEPHENS, 45, of East Lynn, WV, went home to be with the Lord on 29 September 2022. He was born 30 July 1977 in Cabell County, WV, a son of Robert "Bob" Austin Stephens, of East Lynn and Elaine Adkins Robertson and her husband Richard Robertson, of Genoa, WV. His wife, Amy, preceded him in death, along with one brother, Robert Aaron Stephens; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Laura Mae Talbert Stephens and maternal grandparents, Glen Roy and Nola Janet Spence Adkins.

Survivors include two sons; Austin Blake Marshall-Stephens and his wife Madison of Huntington, WV as well as Austin's mother Regina "Gina" Marshall Fischer and her husband Aaron, of Lavalette, WV; and his "Pal" Nichalous "Nick" Payton Stephens, at home. Surviving also is Philip's fiance, Kelly Napier and her daughters, who adored him, Bailey and Brooklyn.

Also surviving is one sister, Amanda Robertson Short and her husband Roger "Jack" Short, of Fallsburg, KY; one brother, Charles "Chuck" Robertson and his wife Lisa, of Louisa, KY, one nephew; Caleb Prince; two nieces; Zoe and Nya Robertson and numerous other family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3PM, Wednesday, 05 October 2022, at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, WV, with Pastor Gary Robertson officiating. He will be laid to rest in Jonce Robertson Family Cemetery, Hampton Ridge, Genoa. Visitation will be from 1PM until service time Wednesday, at the funeral home.
