Cemetery records show Frank to be buried in a family plot along with baby son, Gavin, twins (no names or dates) and adult son Leo with his wife, Edna. Last name spelled Pitzenberger in cemetery records for Frank, Gavin and twins. There is no stone for Frank as there is for the others. Frank's mother's obituary states that Frank died of influenza and as he left a widow with 4 small children, I suspect there never was a stone as there wasn't any money for one. Frank is shown on a stone in Fairview Cemetery, McFall, Missouri (#154344810) along with his wife, Leola. I believe this to be a Cenotaph. I suspect their children put Frank's name on Leola's stone when she died 59 years later! She had remarried and her 2nd husband died in 1940 (37 years before Leola died) and he is buried with his 1st wife and 4 of their children elsewhere.
UPDATE AS OF 10/2023 FROM GRANDCHILD:
There is no stone for Frank because Grandma (Leola) sent him home by train to be buried in Fairview Cemetery. She could not attend his funeral because they were homesteaders and couldn't leave their land. Also see data entered under "Inscription"; appears to be from a grandchild.

I'm (creator of this Memorial) leaving this here for now so anyone looking via Wyoming can find this and then go to the memorial in Fairview Cemetery, Missouri. Apparently Frank is buried there and this entry is effectively a CENOTAPH!

Frank Pittsenbarger died in Gillette Wyoming. He had bought an entire row for future burials in Gillette's only Cemetery. He died of the flu. Grandma (Leola) put him on a train and sent him home to Mo. He is buried in Fairview Cemetery in Gentry County Mo. She was unable to go to his funeral in Mo. because they had homesteaded in Wyoming. One could not leave their land or would lose it. I'm
