EDNA M. HANDLEY, age 93, formerly of Park Avenue, Eaton, Ohio died on Saturday September 29, 2001 at the Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton, Ohio after an extended illness. Born on May 7, 1908 near Eaton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Walter L. & Laura Peters Oldfather. Member of the First Presbyterian Church in Eaton, Ohio and had lived in Eaton, Ohio all her life. Preceded in death by Brothers: Ervin Oldfather in 1952 and Clarence E. "Sparky" Oldfather in 2000; a Son: Lowell E. Handley in 1979; her Husband: Clark W. Handley in 1995.
Survivors include Sons & Daughters-In-Law: Don W. & Ann Handley of Easton, Maryland & Robert A. & June Handley of DeLand, Florida; a Daughter: Leona M. Handley of Eaton, Ohio; a Daughter-In-Law: Janice Handley of Centerburg, Ohio. Seven Grandchildren and Ten Great Grandchildren.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday October 3, 2001 - 2:00 P.M.(Ohio Time) at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Wayne D. Morrison officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery at Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Wednesday October 3, 2001 from 12 to 2:00P.M. (Ohio Time) at the funeral home.
