SPRINGTOWN - John R. Kilpatrick of Springtown died Saturday at a Fort Worth hospital. He was 74.
Funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at White's Funeral Home in Springtown. Burial will be in Springtown Cemetery.
Mr. Kilpatrick was born in Stamford and had lived in Springtown since 1967. He served in the Air Force 21 years, retiring in 1981 as a master sergeant.
He later worked as a civil service employee on the flight line at Carswell Air Force Base.
Survivors: Wife, Janet Kilpatrick of Springtown; son, Steven Kilpatrick of Springtown; brother, William Kilpatrick of Sherman; three sisters, Ruth Lyles of Springfield, Mo., Martha Boles of Greenville and Mary Sue Woods of Honey Grove; and two grandchildren.
