Martha Carolyn (Bilyeu) Bellamy was married first to John Reynolds Hoobler and had 3 children. Two son's Homer Hazard Hoobler and Clifford D. Hoobler and a daughter Virginia Hoobler. Virginia died at the age of 5 years. John R. Hoobler was a much older man and was 46 years older than Carrie. After his death in 1902 Carrie married John's Grandaughter's husband, William Fleming Bellamy. My Grandma Effie Ellen used to talk about almost being her own Grandmother. John Reynold Hoobler's granddaughter was Effie Viola Hoobler and she died in 1903.
