Mildred M. "Millie" Boyer, 98, of Annville, died on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on Monday, October 6, 1924 to the late Lloyd E. Brightbill and Elizabeth G. Brightbill nee Hower in Myerstown. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ-Hamlin and graduated from Fredericksburg High School in 1941, was a member of the Retired Steelworkers Club and Senior Center of Lebanon Valley. Millie also enjoyed reading and crocheting for the children and grandchildren. Surviving are children Kay Schmehl and spouse Dennis, Donna Garnett, Neil L. Boyer and spouse Terry, Keith Boyer and spouse Tina; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Joseph R. Boyer; sister Marilyn Baylor. Viewing will be on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at St. Paul's United Church of Christ-Hamlin, 129 Chestnut Hill Road, Fredericksburg. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 12:30 PM at the church. Burial will be at Klopp's Union Cemetery, Fredericksburg, following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's UCC- Hamlin, 129 Chestnut Hill Road, Fredericksburg, PA 17026.
