Michael was born in Dothan, Alabama on June 2, 1958, to Odell and Elsie Adams. After many years working in the engineering department for Sara Lee Bakery, he retired and spent time with his family. Michael loved his family, and he lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching Alabama football, and could take almost any broken-down appliance and make it run like new. He could fix anything from broken appliances to broken hearts, something good men and good fathers do.

His legacy forever remembered will be the importance of family and a relationship with Jesus.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents, Odell and Elsie Adams; his daughter, Mona Adams Kilpatrick; his son, Wesley Dunchof; his great grandson, River Boswell; and his brother, Donnie Adams.

Survivors include his wife, one son, two daughters, a son in law, eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three brothers, one sister, and several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
