She was born on January 26th, 1937 to Don Woodrow Eggertsen and Afton NenaThomas Eggertsen. She was raised in Provo, Utah.
Coy married Ralph F. Craggs in August of 1957. They spend 47 wonderful years together until Ralph's passing in 2004.
Coy was very passionate about her family. She made every birthday and holiday special. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Coy was very talented, crafting and art were her hobbies. She loved to cut hair and at one time had a wig salon in her home.
Survived by her children Susan (Matthew) Varoz and Michael W. Craggs; grandchildren Matthew Varoz II, Myken (Kevin), Zachary Varoz, Alexander Craggs, Hudson Craggs, and Casey Craggs.
Preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother Rex Alan Eggertsen.
A viewing will be held on Friday, October 28th from 11:00 to 12:00 PM at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S.), Sandy. Followed by a graveside service that will begin at 12:00 PM.
Coy had many friends. Everyone that met her loved her. She was a special lady and will be missed dearly.
A special thank you to the wonderful hospice staff that took care of mom this last month. Jaque, Angie, Naomi, and Kathy. You are the best.
