On May 15, 1889, she was united in marriage to Elmer E. Ballinger, and to this union ten children wer born. Four children and her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors are one son, D.N. Ballinger, with whom she lived; daughters, Mrs. Margie Gray, Pontiac, Michigan; Mrs. Bessie Waters, Bend, Oregon; Mrs. Snow Cook, Miami, Okla.; Mrs. Blanche Houck, Oceanside, Calif.; Mrs. Flossie Wilson, Dayton, Ohio; also several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was reared in the Baptist faith and while she could she worked in church work. A loyal wife and mother she will be missed by all.
Funeral service, conducted by Rev. S.P. Brite, was held from the Baird Funeral Home Monday January 15. Interment was in the Greenwood Cemetery.
