Mrs. Abbot was born in Charleston in 1865, the daughter of Wilson A. Abbott and Minerva Beech Abbot.
Until the last few years, Mrs. Abbott was an active member of St. John's Episcopal church.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home. Burial will be in Spring Hill cemetery. The Simpson mortuary will be in charge.
Member of the family requested that flowers be omitted.
Surviving are a brother, E. H. Abbott of Charleston; a nephew, Kenneth Abbot of Charleston; and a niece, Mrs. James A. Maxwell of Ohio.
