She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Parker Marks; her mother, Vester Lee Wilburn Clark; her husband, William Ira "Billy" Norwood; sister, Myrtle Alvarez; and brothers, Oscar Marks and Odell Marks.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Friday, October 28, 2022. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.
