He was devoted to God, Family, and Country. He worked tirelessly to support his family on the family dairy farm. They all loved working together —particularly with the family hobby of raising and showing Clydesdale horses.
He lived a life of service. Throughout his lifetime he served in many various capacities. He served on the Planning Commission for Lindon City, for many years on the Utah Soil and Water Conservation Committee, and on the Board of Directors for the National Clydesdale Association.
He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held many service callings for the Church throughout his lifetime. He especially enjoyed his calling in the Timpanogos Temple and the time spent serving a mission with his wife in Nauvoo, Illinois.
Kent is survived by three siblings, RaChel Bingham, Jared (Diane) Anderson, Len (Pauline) Anderson; his wife Janet Warnick Anderson, and his nine children: Ron (Nadeane) Anderso; Scott (Gayle) Anderson; Layne (Laura) Anderson; Hal (Yvette) Anderson; Laurel (Michael) Workman; Lee (Christine) Anderson; Arden (Manami) Anderson; Jed (Janilyn) Anderson; Janae (Jim) Bunderson. He has 34 grandchildren and 64 great grandchildren.
Kent was a wonderful and patient husband, father and grandfather. Nothing made him smile like a giggling grandchild. He lived his life for his family and others and was loved and respected in return. He will be missed.
Thank you to all of those who lovingly helped care for Kent during his final years. Family, friends, hospice, Aspen Senior Care, all of whom made it possible for him to remain at home.
