Patsy Ann Hubbard age 87, of Bismark was born September 3, 1933, to Odie and Ophelia Posey Williams. Pat was a seamstress working at Vasserette and Levi's Straus in Arkadelphia. After retirement, she and her husband enjoyed traveling and going to shows selling for Juanita's Candy Kitchen. Pat was a member of Caddo Valley Baptist Church where she and her best friend, Jean Welch, were active in the upkeep of the church and fellowship events. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Dale Hubbard; a son, Gary Wayne Bowerman; a granddaughter, Sonya Renee Ring' a great-granddaughter, Faith Lee Soul Ring; two sisters, Helen Watson and Marie Boyette.
