Devin was born on Aug. 23, 1992 in Jackson, MS. He served his country in the United States Army and was also a former Police Officer with the Jackson Police Department.
He is survived by his wife, daughter, mother, two sisters, two grandmothers, grandfather, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Devin is preceded in death by his grandmother, Claudia Fallo Killen and his grandfather, Ricky Stephens Sr.
