He was born in Cleveland, Tenn., resident most of his life of McMinn County and preceded in death by Grandfather: Marvin Webb and Grandmother: Evelyn (Footy) Lambert.
He was an employee of O'Charley's in Lebanon Tennessee and was a part of the 2007 Class at McMinn County High School . He was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Athens.
Survivors: Father and Mother: David, Sr. and Jeannie Lambert Webb of Athens, Tenn. Sister: Brooklyn (Daniel) Pawloski of Grand Rapids, Mich.
Three Nieces: Grandparents: Joyce and Ron Lyons of Athens, Tenn. and Bob Lambert of Athens, Tenn.
