Carlos "Bud" Gordon, 89, of Cabot, passed away on Monday, March 16. He was born on January 16, 1926 in Brinkley to the late William and Ulva Gordon and was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. Bud is also preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Janice Nolene Gordon, a brother, Jack Gordon and two sisters; Geneva Hickman and Jean Ferguson. Bud is survived by his son, Larry Ray Gordon and his fiancée, Lisa Ann Marshall of Jacksonville, two grandsons; Austin and Dylan Gordon, two brothers; Elgin Gordon of Searcy and Floyd Gordon of Cabot and one sister, Beatrice Brown of Arnold, Missouri. Funeral service will be Friday, March 20 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
