A gathering of Ms. Neil's family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with her funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Neil Henry Rice Cemetery, 309 Rice Cemetery Road, Livingston.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sleep in Heavenly Peace, 701 Calder Avenue, Beaumont, Texas 77701; the Humane Society of Southeast Texas, 2050 Spindletop Avenue, Beaumont, Texas 77705; or Kairos Kitchen, 701 Calder Avenue, Beaumont, Texas 77701.
