Graveside services for Mark J. Ramminger, 82, of Modesto, Calif., a Manitowoc County native, were held this morning at Wildwood Cemetery in Sheboygan. The Rev. George Mohr, pastor of Zion United Church of Christ, officiated.
Mr. Ramminger died Monday at a convalescent hospital in Modesto.
He was born Aug. 23, 1900, in the Town of Schleswig (Manitowoc County), a son of the late Jacob and Mary Wagner Ramminger. He attended school at Kiel.
On Jan. 28, 1925, he and Ida Henning of Kiel were married.
Surviving are one son, Kenneth Ramminger of West Allis; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother, Joseph, rural Elkhart Lake; and three sisters, Mrs. Arno Horneck Of Milwaukee, Mrs. Bernard Knier of Elkhart Lake, and Ella.
He was preceded in death by three sisters. .
