Mildred Louise Barnett, 96, of Bedford, died at 5:08 am on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Stonebridge Health Campus.
Born October 2, 1925, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Homer and Mabel (Baker) Cummings. Mildred married Walter Barnett on October 18, 1941, and he preceded her in death on November 7, 1998.
Survivors include two daughters, Patty Wagner of Bedford, and Sheila Chase of Bedford; grandchildren, Anne Wagner and her children, Aubrey Mackprang and Charlie Stauffacher, Brandon Chase and his children, Gwennyth (Damian) Fetscher, and Aidan Thompson, Ryan (Brandi) Chase and their children, Owen and Evie Chase, Col and Luke Marion, Lindsay (Heath) Bilskie and their children, Brooks and Amira Bilskie. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three brothers,

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 9th at 1:00 pm, at Cresthaven Memory Gardens. No visitation is scheduled
