Suzanne Poston (Taylor), age 85, of Edmond, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022 surrounded by her family. Suzanne was born July 11, 1937 in Cleveland, TN to Charles Zell II and Rebecca Taylor. Suzanne graduated from RJ Reynolds High school in 1955. After high school she attended and graduated from the following: Sullins College Associate in Art, Wake Forest University Bachelor of Science with teaching certification, University of Oklahoma Masters in Human Relations.

Suzanne met the love of her life, Alexander Poston at Wake Forest University. They married July 1, 1959. She taught 8th grade science while Alex was attending medical school. After following Alex to numerous Air Force bases they settled in Oklahoma City to begin his medical practice. Suzanne led a very full and active life through her Red Hat group, lunch groups, Rummikub players group, senior singles dances, DAR and family dinners.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her husband Alexander Poston, M.D., her parents Charles Zell II and Rebecca Taylor as well as her first grandson Brandon Alexander.

She is survived by her children: Alexander Poston Jr. And wife Deana, Eric Poston, Allen Poston and wife Robyn, Rebecca Roberts and husband Jon. Grandchildren: Christopher, Jordyn, Kacie, Sydney, Gabrielle, Alexandria, Amber, Samuel, Cade, Courtney and Brooke. Great grandson Cooper. Brother Charles Zell Taylor III and wife Deborah. She is further survived by multiple bonus children through foreign exchange program with special relationships with 3, Jussi, Olli and Maria.

Her children would like to thank all of Suzanne's friends through the years for enriching our mother's life. Special thank you to Ginger Sparkman for being her best friend for 50 years and helping us through this journey.
